Gym Fuel came out of a simple gap on the shelf: plenty of food-to-go, almost none of it built around protein. So Freshways Food Co — making fresh food in Dublin since 1992 — built a range to a nutritional spec instead of a price point. Every pack lands 20g+ of protein and stays under 500 calories, with the macros printed on the front so you don't have to turn it over and do sums in the chiller.

How much protein is in a Gym Fuel sandwich?
